LG 37LK450 I love this TV.
Very pleased with my LG 37" 1080p purchase. After reading the amazon reviews I successfully adjusted the TV to my liking. It is an amazing picture! Excellent value for the money and the 37" is the perfect size for my apartment. It doesn't overwhelm the room. I compared the LG to Samsung side by side at Best Buy. The differences were imperceptible. I purchased the LG because of better pricing on Amazon. I wouuld purchase a LG TV again.

Bought this LG 37LK450 based on the recommendations (thank you, Amazon customers!) two weeks ago. Since some very recent reviews complain about the picture, I wanted to give our experience so far. The picture is outstanding, setup was easy -- even adding a Sony wi-fi Blu-ray for our first foray into that world -- with pre-existing DirecTV. Sound is good to quite good. I was apprehensive about the hookups since we are on a wireless rural tower that has its challenges. Streaming (NetFlix, Amazon) has been good to excellent and fairly easy to set up as well. I was reluctant to get rid of the old Toshiba CRT TV with excellent sound and picture, as it was produced back in the day when quality in TVs was reliable. However, the captain is extremely pleased with this set and so is the admiral (60-somethings). I was sure the 42-inch screen would be overwhelming since we only sit about 11 feet away, but it's great. Even photos displayed from our modest point-and-shoot Canon are great. Beautiful screen with non-Blu-ray DVDs, streaming, and HD TV stations, but also very good with non-HD stations. Excellent with Blu-ray. Minor point, but the remote is the best ergonomic design I've seen. We did buy locally since country living makes product returns, especially of this size, painful. Now crossing fingers to hope the set quality is also durable.

I love the LG 37" TV. It is the right size for my mobile home, the sound is terrific, and the overall look is impressive. I had previously purchased a 32" Vizion TV from Wal Mart and returned it because of the sound quality. I was relieved to find that I could find the size and brand I wanted at Amazon.com. I would highly recommend LG brand to anyone wanting a quality television.

I am very satisfied with the LG 37LK450 television set purchased one month ago through Amazon. It has an excellent picture in every respect. It was delivered well within the estimated time and was very easy to connect and set up. However, the owner's manual and CD are terrible. They have attempted to cover too many models of sets in one instructional package. No less than 55 models are listed as being covered. Granted, there are substantial similarities in groupings of models, but there are also differences that are not obvious. We have struggled over gaining access to digital subchannels and only last night were successful. Still have not been able to set the clock to our time zone. Still the TV rates 5 stars and the instructions 1 star.

Easy to asseble. Very good basic screen images and sound of TV speakers are decent enough. If you like cinema sound-like when seeing movies you have the option of doing your own connections. So far, I am very satisfied with this 37" TV purchase. I would surely recommend it without any hesitation.
